Mint Tourmaline Emeralds Turquoise - Damale Mine, Nevada, USA
All of the gemstones used in this piece are untreated and are of natural color.
Turquoise from the Damale Mine:
Damale Turquoise is sourced from the Damale mine in Nevada, near Carico Lake, and is considered a rare collector's turquoise. Most of the material found today, including the centerpiece stone in the necklace, are from older rough material mined long ago, as the mine primarily produces gold and a very small amount of turquoise. Known for it's varied shades of brilliant green, turquoise from this region is highly unique, collectible, and uncommon due to the vibrant coloring and limited production.
Wrapped in 14K yellow gold, the turquoise centerpiece is held with a hand-fabricated custom-fit backing ensuring a perfect fit and added security. The chain is adjustable and can be clasped to any link to alter the length. The chain can also be removed from the pendant to be worn separately as a layering component.
This one of a kind piece is versatile and is the perfect size for daily wear!
